Mystery Books

A growing number of studies show that promoting reading can have a major impact on children and their future. Evidence suggests that reading for pleasure leads to increased attainment. 

Our children love sitting down and sharing a book so we have launched a mystery book for each class. 

Next week, a child in each class will be chosen to take home the mystery book. The book is to be shared with an adult at home and enjoyed together. When you have finished reading the book, please return it to your teacher. Keep the book’s title a mystery from anyone else in the class as it could be their turn next!

There is an exercise book in the bag too where you/ your child can leave a review.

We look forward to reading your opinions! 

But don’t forget the first rule of the mystery book is:

We don’t talk about the mystery book! (outside of your home!)
